1. Not to use the data herein for any commercial purposes.
2. To acknowledge the original data source in any publications or presentations based off data found herein.
3. Not to hold SeamountsOnline liable for any errors in the data. While we have made every effort to ensure quality and correctness in the database, we can not guarantee this.
   

Finally, we ask that you acknowledge SeamountsOnline if you use data found here. The future funding of SeamountsOnline and data projects like it depend on whether they are valued by users. If you find data in the system of use, please recognize us in your publications and presentations. If you do publish off of data gathered in part from SeamountsOnline, please also send us the literature citation.
